Singularity finally confirmed for second quarter 2010 release
 

After pretty much avoiding our question about a possible delay for Singularity a few weeks ago, Activision Blizzard's financial conference call today finally got the publisher to admit that the temporal-themed first person shooter would indeed be coming out sometime in the second quarter of 2010.

Activision first slated the Raven Software-developed game to come out this fall but then pushed the game back to a first quarter 2010 release. When we noticed that game retailers had pushed Singularity's release date to June 2010 we emailed the publisher who oddly replied that they had not announced a release date for the game. With today's announcement we hope to get more info on the long-in-development title soon.
